1) Play with Kids
An important part of play for young children is play with parents, and there should be some time for this every day. Children learn about their world through playing. So, play with your kids - it burns your calories too.
2) 3 x 15 minutes walks
Going for 3, 15 minutes walk per day is enough to burn calories without breaking major sweat. A brief walk in a morning, after lunch or dinner is a great way to burn those calories. It even help to boost your mood too.
3) Stand up more
Standing burns about 50 percent more calories than sitting. So, by standing while talking on the phone, working at your computer or reading the paper, a 155-pound person can burn as many as 50 more calories per hour.
4) Get enough sleep
You actually burn more calories during sleep than while lying in bed awake because your brain is highly active during the REM stages. Plus, during REM sleep your internal temperature spikes, which means your body is working harder to produce heat. To ensure maximum REM sleep, keep a regular schedule so that your body is used to conking out when you lay down for the night.
5) Clean & Organize your house
if you've got spring cleaning on the agenda already, you might be surprised by how many calories you could burn. Tone your abs while you declutter your house. Just by vacuuming for 30 minutes - you will burned 95 calories.
